The Chartreuse Effect--a Wine Country band fronted by vocalists Toni Chiapetta and Micaelia Randolph backed by Bruce Gordon on keyboards, John Arntz on bass and Michael Gay on drums.  Combining elements of classic jazz, pop, trip-hop, funk and blues, the band focuses on downtempo grooves that can be soothing, heady, hypnotic (and danceable) without all the volume.
